(More customer reviews)I ordered a Kitchen Aid from this seller last week and realised just after placing my order that it would take a MINIMUM of 4 weeks to ship (why so long?) - by that time I will no longer be at this address. I immediately contacted the seller by the only way I could (email, no other contact information was provided) to cancel the order so I could buy from a different vendor... four days later, and I have sent another email, I still have had no reply.
I am loathe to order another machine until I know that this one will be cancelled. I am leaving the country in three weeks, and do not want to have to try and return stock from abroad.
It is incredibly hopeless that are vendor thinks it is acceptable to just not respond to the cancellation of an order - nor even provide a telephone number - very disappointing.
